Chicken 'n' broccoli bake

Today for dinner my mother and I cooked up a delicious chicken and broccoli bake with a Side of potato slices 😋. 

My mother had seen an online recipe and decided to try it out. I assisted her. You can find the recipe on the ' Irish examiner ' website. 

It was a little chaotic as we did not have some ingredients, so we needed to purchase them, however it would all turn out to be worth it in the end!.

My mom cooked the chicken and broccoli and I stirred the mushrooms. The recipe was now complete and ready to be heated up in the oven!!. 

However, my mother was feeling crafty. She decided that, even though it was not included in the actual recipe, that she wanted to cook up some potato slices as an extra little treat!!. 

To bake these potato slices you need to firstly peel the potatoes, then clean them with fertalized water, thirdly it's required to chop them into slices, and then cook!.
