online schooling can be.... tough.
not only are the majority of primary and some secondary school students finding it utterly difficult, but the fact that many schools doing the actual online work have a certain time where you have to send in a piece of completed work, launches a cannon of hardship and anxiety to young teenagers and children. especially when you place the concept that their laptops, ipads or phones could easily glitch offering a whole tray of fresh problems, for example one unfortunate child could have accidentally deleted their work and lost all progress that they had worked hard to achieve. 😬
so you should get the idea that online classes are similar to a stranger as they are obviously very new to teens and kids.
but as the amazing parent you are, you want to help ease the knot f hardship poured into your kid's head due to this matter.
so here's how!!.😀
your beloved child might be struggling with their online lessons, or worse they might not be doing it at all!!. but some types of parents wouldn't know that because they are not supervising their child during these lessons!. i know many adults don't seem to have time during their jam-packed schedules, but at least now that your cooped up in your house, your should have at least enough time to spare to help and encourage your child during these somewhat odd new schooling methods. you should tell your child things iike:
'don't worry ___ (their name) you didn't answer the question correctly this time, but if you practise hard enough and use your amazing abilities witch i am certain you possess , then you can accomplish this and for that matter, any sum or question involved with your educational learning and hobbies'.
or..
' the sum seems complex in your mind sweetie, but i want you to have a good mindset about the subject here, i do not want you to think you cannot do it when you can!!'
the picture that i have attached above, has 'good vibes' written on it. that is how all parents, mom's and dad's, should want their teenager or kid feeling about their online work. you do not want them stressing out about it. if you have a toddler then i would highly recommend clicking on the link below for home-school.
www.youtube.com/lettersandsoundsforhomeandschool
please keep in mind that this channel is aimed for a pre-school audience so i wouldn't recommend clicking on the link above unless you wish to home-school your toddler considering they are also missing out on their little school as well!.
make sure you support your child's creative spirits!!.
your child is going to have been bored during quarantine at least once if not they are probably bored on a rolling basis. so i know this may not seem like a vital part of their home-school, but it honestly is a importance than must be done at least once per week after their school's home-school. i would advise just drawing a certain thing over and over again for 5 art days and engage with your child. let them see their improvement from day 1 to day 5. i would also advise just drawing simple things, however it depends on their age, there are a ton of drawing ideas for all age on the free app, pinterest. if you would like to see my drawing ideas board then i have a link attached here:

make them a cute study snack
we are in the middle of a pandemic but the teens still have to study for vital up-coming virtual tests!. and the kids still must participate in learning new things every day not just homework😂
so yes study snacks are the best way to study in my opinion and 'm sure many people will agree with me, you can disagree everyone has their own opinions!. but i strongly believe that eating while learning is the best way to go about things. why??, you may ask. well, it has been proven that sugar and minerals consumed when we eat food, actually gives us more energy. so if your teen is super tired and drowsy because they stayed up late or something, give then plenty of water (or coffee if they are allowed) and a small piece of food containing sugar and they'll be doing their studies while actually learning stuff!. here are some ideas for a cute little snack you make bake for your teenage son/daughter:
and its not just teens!. toddlers and kids can get cute little snacks too!!. here are some cute study snack ideas for small children and tweens:
study links.
study is an essential part of life all students do it at least once. so here are some websites, apps, youtube channels, e.t.c, that will ensure your child gets the best possible education as we face these tragic times together.
www.youtube.com/peekabookidz
this app is excellent for explaining to kids all sorts of things, including coronavirus. the channel is basically about this little puffball called dr.binocs, and dr.binocs explains things parents might find over-whelming to talk about with their kids, such as different types of bones found within the human body or covid-19. i would defo watch the channel with your kids if i was you!.
www.duolingo.com
ah iv'e seen you would prefer if your teen learned a new language instead of being on socail media half the time. well duolingo is a high-rated language learning app that teaches people a variety of languages depending on witch one you want. i have started using it a few months ago for french, and i already know so much!!!.
here are some links for teens to learn more stuff!:
